The Committee

The Society is run by a Committee of at least 6 members and not more than 10. Current Committee members are:

• Front of House Manager: Richard Gravenstede
• Librarian: Kristina Solem
• Membership Secretary: Maria Collings
• Guest Ticket Co-ordinator: Barbara Hydes
• Film Notes & Publicity Co-ordinator: John Taylor
• Website Manager: Michael van Koetsveld
• Committee Member: Stephen Lovenbury
• Committee Member: Stephen Stanley

The Committee meets at least 3 times in the Society Year.

In addition to its committee, the society welcomes the involvement of other members in the running of screening sessions and is particularly keen to increase the number of members who can operate the projection and sound equipment.

The Society's Financial Year runs from 1st April to 31st March.
