We are Godalming Film Society - and we love film!
GFS is a members’ only society which celebrates and screens films that are rarely seen on the main circuit with an emphasis on world cinema.
For each season we aim to show films from all genres, from the beginning of film (silent and black / white) through to classics and introducing our members to cutting edge film from around the world.
We were established in 2007 and we have nearly 200 members. We screen films on most Tuesdays from September to May at the Borough Hall in Godalming.
We are proud to be able to display which films have been F-Rated by showing a logo on the individual film pages in the Film Archive.
